The Charleston Heritage Jazz Ensemble is a hand picked ensemble of some of the area's most talented and experienced Jazz musicians. This ensemble is the perfect choice for many events and occasions, with the ability to mold its sound to fit anything from background music to accompany cocktails to a featured stage performance. This ensemble performs music from the traditional Jazz repertoire as well as tunes that highlight the history of Charleston Jazz (incorporating songs from the George Gershwin songbook among other songs and styles with ties to our beautiful city). This ensemble can vary from a duo to a sextet with or without a vocalist depending on the event and budget. This ensemble can also be booked as a 'second line' or New Orleans Brass Band!!
