Kai and the band were phenomenal! They knew how to keep the party going, and they played a great variety of music for all the guests. Every guest at our wedding was on the dance floor at some point. Kai was also great with the crowd, especially by coming out with the microphone and walking around the dance floor while she sang. She knew every song that was requested to her, and sang it wonderfully! The guests have gone on and on about the band, and kept wanting to know where we found her. Kai has a beautiful voice, and I'm sure she will continue to have a very sucessful singing career. If you are planning a wedding or party she is definitely the one to get!!!

Kai Alece and her band are 100% professional & 200% talent! Not only were were amazed at her voice and impressive sound, but she also fulfilled everyone of our requests. She performed all of our ceremony and reception music. My wife wanted non-traditional music for the ceremony and we were a little concerned about how it would work. Kai Alece made it work elegantly. She even bought a new quitar to make the song sound like the original. We still have friends raving about the music, the band, and their performance. She handled all our questions within 24 hours, and some even sooner. I would recomend this band to any and all of my best friends. She rocked the house.

Handed the task of finding the band to perform for our son's wedding seemed very daunting....that is until we heard Kai Alece. What an amazing voice; she should be topping the charts right now. Her band, four very taleneted musicians in their own right, and she played a great set, Kai directed the event with professionalism and enthusiasm and really got people moving out on the dance floor. The dance floor at the Casa Monica was big, but, most of the time, it was overflowing because you couldn't stand or sit still for long when Kai started to perform. From the first email to the day of the special event, Kai made everything seem easy. A huge thank you to Kai Alece.

Kai was a complete pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end! With all of the stress of the wedding preparation one of the few things I wasn't worried about was the band. Kai was easy to talk to and assured me things would be great. Kai sang a very important song at our ceremony that brought everyone to tears and was willing to sing and learn any song we wanted. Kai's voice and talent is amazing and her and her band kept everyone dancing at our reception the entire night. In fact, when our reception was supposed to end we didn't want the music to stop so they agreed to play another hour! I would highly recommend Kai Alece for your wedding or event.

Kai and her band were totally awesome at our wedding event in Savannah! She is a real pro with personality plus-from her attention to every detail and mc to the plan of events of the night and oh, that awesome sound! Her voice and her band were amazing and played a diverse range of music that had everyone dancing and having a blast! Even during our dinner, their sound was perfect. I could not have found any entertainer as good as Kai and her band. She would be my ONLY consideration for a vocalist & band at any future party or event I may have in the future. We would definitely recommend Kai. She helped make our wedding reception very special. Several guests asked where we found her. She had people dancing that do not dance.... AND had people paying her to stay overtime after we left the reception.

My party was July 20th, and it turned out to be the party of the year!! My guest never sat down the whole night, because the band was "SPECTACULAR". They interacted with the crowd, Lisa would take the microphone to the guest so that they could sing along with her, they thought that was awesome. She had my daughter, a couple of friends and myself up on stage playing the tamborine, the cowbell, and even singing. I keep getting calls from friends and family and all they want to talk about is the band. They were worth all the time spent looking for the right band. Kai was everything we were looking for in a wedding band! Upbeat, funky, fun - she got everyone out on the dance floor to get their groove on. Her band had a great song selection (think James Brown and Michael Jackson) that she determined with us on and also added her own flair to. The song she sang at our ceremony brought tears to my eyes, literally! Throughout the planning process, Kai was prompt, easy to reach on phone and email, professional, flexible, and, above all, just a really nice, genuine, beautiful person. We wholeheartedly recommend Kai Alece for your wedding or party.

Kai Alece did an utterly fantastic job! She senses the mood of the crowd and then really gets in tune with them. Her voice is wonderful and she can change gears without missing a beat. The whole band just melded together with everyone and it resulted with everyone having such a great time that we asked her to stay an extra hour so the wedding could continue. Her band can do any type of music and she was so accommodating all throughout the wedding. The sad part is that we live so far away from her that we can't hear her over and over again. This is truly a wonderful band and if anyone gets a chance to use them for any special event, they will not be disappointed. Great job Kai!! Thank You so much for a wonderful evening of music at our daughters wedding.

Gigmasters should have an extra bonus rating reserved only for the very few bands that can make your event truly special. If they did, Kai and her band would be impossible to book.
We just had a beautiful wedding and, lucky for us, found out that the best way to make an event memorable is to hire a great band. We had so much fun dancing that by the time the night was over, we had broken the dance floor not once, but twice.
If they are available for your next event, book them while you can.

Kai Alece did a fabulous job. Everyone at the reception was asking where we found her. Working with her was a breeze. She was very prompted in returning all phone calls and emails. I had the overwhelming task of planning my wedding solo for approximately 250 wedding guests. Trying to find an artist/band with all the choices out there was overwhelming. I heard about Gigmasters from a friend and looked at about 8-10 artists. Kai's CD and DVD sold me. I didn't even have to go see her perform. Kai was the most professional out of all the vendors I dealt with. My husband and my song was by a country band, and I just asked if Kai could do anything with it, knowing it was probably not her genre...she learned it within two weeks! She also personalized my father/daughter dance...unbelievable. I cannot tell you how many of my guests raved about Kai and her band...not the food, not the cake, not the flowers, Kai, Kai, Kai! She was WONDERFUL! I cannot tell you how fantastic she was. Singing 'At Last' at the end of our ceremony, with such a powerful voice a capella, was amazing. Everyone had tears in their eyes! And then the reception, with 'If I Ain't Got You' for our first dance, I will never forget how special she made our whole wedding! Their talent was great,when Kai actually sang. However they were 4 hours late and then after their 1st set took a 45 minute break instead of the contractual agreed upon 15 minute beak. The drummer set by himself for the 1st 4 hours while my guest's arrived and as my wedding took place after the reception began with my seperatly with my contracted DJ and MC, the rest of the band finally arrived. Kia would not sing before recieving payment (mind you 4 hours late and I am the bride now in the begining of my reception). Then she sang a few songs, took a break for 45 minutes, my MC had to go find them. They may have done one more song after that, then done for the night.

I hired an outside sound team & they were late. I discounted her costs by $250. The bride was aware that I would not be there until 5p. When I arrived, the bride said she wasn't paying because we should already be playing, which was not the case & the sound company was late. I DIDN'T refuse to sing, but I did let her wedding planner know that as per our contract, we were to start at 6p and that it needed to be dealt with because payment was due before the band started. The band started promptly at 6p & I continued to work with the wedding planner on the issues. The DJ set the order. She had a lot planned for the DJ & no time for the band. We stayed until 10p.

Kai and her band was GREAT! The guests had a wonderful time and even though the client hadn't set out to have the rehearsal dinner be a dancing event - they couldn't help themselves! She was very easy to work with and extremely responsive which as an event planner I very much appreciate. I would definitely recommend Kai to future clients.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Our wedding reception would not have been nearly as wonderful as it was if it were not for Kai Alece & Company. Many of our guests told us that they had been to many weddings, and none of them had a band anywhere near as good as Kai's group. We also asked them to learn THREE new songs for us, all of which they performed beautifully. Thank you so much for everything, you guys! WOW!WOW!WOW! We listened to the songs they posted on gigMASTERS and knew they were good, but that was nothing compared to how talented this band is! I am a wedding planner and have heard a LOT of bands, and I am not just saying this because it was my wedding but this band was by far THE best! Everyone there was talking about how amazing Kai Alece & Company was! They played oldies and the newest and latest! It was GREAT! They were perfect! No matter what type of event, if you want to guarantee your guests a great and memorable time... Hire Kai Alece & Company!
