I know what your thinking. "Great, yet another schmuck who wants to 'speak' on leadership. Next, he's going to say why he's different than all the rest." Well, what I can say is that you will not regret hiring me. While I am new on gigmasters, I have been a business owner/entrepreneur since 1990 and have been studying (and practicing) what makes a great leader since then. I have read most of the great books on leadership. My biggest lessons, however, have not come from reading a book (although there are certainly many that I recommend). Instead, the best teacher has been my leadership failures, and trust me, I have plenty of them, most of which have made it into my speeches.
