(Mine Included.) Talk 1: CONFIDENCE: it's an Inside Job Confidence is not a coat you put on and take off. Confidence is something that goes with you where ever you go. You are good at what you do. You are well respected. People look up to you. But on the inside, you are afraid they will find out you don't belong. In this talk you will gain insight into your thoughts and you will get the tools to develop Core Confidence. You will learn not only where to start but you will have already begun to build YOUR core confidence. Talk 2: Awareness: Notice your past to unlock your future. “Thank you for noticing this notice.” Notice. It lacks punch. It seems passive. Yet, without first noticing what is going on both within us and around us, we cannot change it. We can't change something unless we see it. The faucet will keep dripping until we notice it and turn it off. The same process works for our thoughts and emotions. We cannot stop a thought, feeling or action until we know it's happening. I can unclench my jaw after I have noticed it. Why is my jaw clenched? It is a reaction based on my past thoughts and feelings that I have brought forward into the present moment. Awareness is what allows me to alter my future. Talk 3: If I'm so SUCCESSFUL, why do I feel like such a FAILURE? You set your goals. You plan your schedule. You Achieve them! But there is that one thing... If only you didn't have to deal with THAT, your life would be pretty good. It weighs on you. It diminishes the success you feel in the other areas. How come you can't get this one? I take you through a 4 step process to uncover what underlies your lack of achievement to help you get the success in all areas!
