Very mixed experience. We were glad they could translate for us, but lacked the energy we wanted. A lot of static issues where people commented. We were also asked multiple times in the middle of the ceremony about paying. They did not want us to pay through the site due to fees being taken out.

It's disappointing that you were unhappy since we worked very hard and accommodated every request. It was very full program, specific song for every part, 2 diff locations/set up/break down twice. Outdoors/on a Lake/on a cloudy windy day.We made all announcements/toasts in English/Spanish, played every song on your playlist, got the diverse crowd dancing the entire night. Contract said CASH at end of evening. Party over at 11PM. We requested payment at 10:00. Staff already packing up. We asked several times because the payment wasn't going through bc poor signal. Very unfair review. We treat every event as if it were for family. Best of luck in your marriage.

set up was fine, they stuck to the timeline & they took requests. When it came time to pay, my mother in law forgot to bring cash or check. I offered to pay through gigmasters with a debit card plus $100 tip for the inconvenience but Luis refused in such a nasty way that it brought me to tears. He was making making big hand gestures and mean faces, raised his voice to me (the bride) as guests walked by. Basically refused the debit card payment. After much back n forth I paid Amy via Venmo. Which could have been done in the first place but Luis was not very helpful through the process. Really left a bad tast in my mouth and ruined the end the of the party for me.

I waited respond 2 your comments bc I wanted to think about it & not embarrass U unnecessarily. Everything you mention was due to your family and friends. We took it in stride and did ALL you asked, including last min changes. Ceremony,dinner,our music, dancing, all Perfect.Contract said "Balance due in CASH day of event" All drama was caused by overindulgence of your guests and we pulled it off for you in spite of that. You looked beautiful, Ur friends had a great time, it was kicka.. party. We do good work, professional, responsible. You are hurting our buss for 45 min. of 1 day (albeit a very important day) that was otherwise great. Pls, put Blame where blame due.
