All arrangements were made with Alvin months and even 2 wks prior to the event. Alvin told us he would DJ sent someone else without calling us who was completely UNPREPARED. He had no information regarding my dtr's party, no father dtr dance song, NO songs at all that would engage the guest. Argued with the banquet staff and used alot of profanity while I was in the room. The lighting package ordered thru prolatin was never delivered. COMPLETELY UNPREPARED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY,DO YOUR HOMEWORK. SORRY I EVER USED THEM.THEY LEFT MY DTR IN TEARS AT THE END OF THE NIGHT! ALVIN TOOK THE MONEY CASHED IT AND DID NOT DELIVER WHAT HE PROMISED & WE PAID.

I was very disappointed with the services from ProLatin. I felt very confident about booking with them because they were extremely detailed and communicative about exactly what kind of music we wanted played for our wedding. Unfortunately, the DJ listed on our contract did NOT show and was replaced with another, and music we specifically requested was not played, which really contradicted what we spoke about in terms of the music that we had really wanted. All that communication about specific songs and music styles we wanted were disregarded and barely played at our wedding. Overall, the guests had a good time, but I was not at all happy with their services.

Overall, Pro Latin did a great job. They met with us in person and over the phone to prepare for our big day. The music was kept everyone dancing which was excellent. The only critique is that the MC often asked us about the order of the events during the reception which was frustrating. Also, the DJ did play all of our major songs (first dance, garter, etc.) however, the majority of the list of music we reviewed with the MC was not played. We totally understand all our music was not going to get played but it seemed like the replacement DJ (the original DJ had an emergency) was not aware of this music list. Aside from this, we think Pro Latin did a very good job.

Pro Latin Entertainment was professional and experienced, and did a great job dj'ing my wedding. I think we only booked them only about two or three weeks before the actual date (yes, it was a crazy time!), but they came through at the last minute. They showed up on time, was very accommodating to my last minute craziness/changes, and everyone had a great time. I defintely would recommend them to a friend.

ProLatinEntertainment was very accomodating, flexible and professional. They rapidly met with us upon our request in advance of the wedding, and promptly replied to all of our requests for help. Their experience gave us great comfort. They have a huge selection of music and can accomodate any crowd of any age or ethnic composition in style and class. Final point! They do everything they can do arrive early and be on time. Even during the worst winter storms! I know it, and they did it. I never had a doubt about the service after meeting with them.
