As well as being featured performers at the Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Lone Tree Independence Day Festival, Denver Downtown Aquarium Concerts, Larimer Square Oktoberfest, Thornton's HarvestFest, and public concert events by the cities of Evergreen, Greenwood Village, Golden, Louisville, Lafayette, Woodland Park, Broomfield, Denver and more, LOST CANYON BAND was chosen to open on the side-stage at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre for Styx, Journey and REO Speedwagon. MIKE CAPPO (keys/vocals) is a veteran dueling piano entertainer, who also has a degree in percussion performance. He is a full-time musician, and also teaches piano, drums, vocals, marimba, and general percussion. He is still one of the top dueling piano players in the country, playing regularly at “Rock the Keys” in California. ERIC WALLACE (drums/vocals) began his musical career very young performing in his mother's jazz combo. While majoring in music in California, he opened for such notable acts as Bob Marley, Journey and Jefferson Airplane. His music credentials continued to build in Tennessee, as he had the opportunity to play with Bo Didley and Joe Walsh. Before forming LOST CANYON BAND in 2000, Eric was a member of the Red Rock Roosters. MIKE MASTERS (guitar/vocals) also has a lifetime history of performance. His influences include Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck, and Peter Townshend, and when he plays, you will think you are in the same room hearing those legendary guitarists. Mike’s vocals have an uncanny resemblance to Joe Cocker, and yet he sings again and you think you’re listening to Johnny Cash. STEVE HARTMAN (bass guitar/vocals) rocks with precision and expertise. His intricate, strong bass joins with percussion to be the backbone of the songs to recreate the masterpieces the band is proud to perform. Steve is also a graphics designer and has a home recording studio, where he works on his original music.
