Marcus Young is a perfect choice for any event. They exceeded my expectations and truly made my event a memorable one. I was extremely impressed when I made a special request and the pianist did not know the song but was able to pull it up on his laptop and learned it and played the song as if it was his own. Marcus Young made my event a success and the guest really enjoyed them. I give Marcus Young the highest recommendation. For all future events I will book them again. They are a team of talented musicians dedicated to the pursuit of excellence.

The Marcus Young Band is the hottest thing that hit Richmond in a long time. It took no time for them to have my party up and rocking the night away. Their music is a great blend of old and new which for my party was perfect as my party ages ranged from 18-70 years old. A little bit of Earth Wind and Fire and a touch of Frankie Beverly and you got it, IT WAS ON! Some of my biggest critcs warned me not to get a band "What if they are bad, then what do you do". Well my question to them now is "WHAT IF THEY ARE GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! Book-um you won't be disappointed!

I absoloutely loved this band. They have great energy and a real love for what they do (you can't fake good music). To me there is nothing better than live music and they definitely delivered! I was a little apprehensive finding a band via gigmaster but once they hit those first few notes my worries went away. You guys rock!!! A hip jazzy funky neo r & b feel with old school music wisdom and new school beats. Thank you Infinite you are the truth and I wish you much success in the near future and beyond. Gigi

Marcus Young and the band are wonderful. They played for my event at the Fairmount Hotel,the Christmas party was lovely, the night was magical and the band made it happen.

Mr. Marcus Young was AWESOME! Music makes the party and my party was a great success, because of the band. They played the perfect mix—-mellow and jazzy at times and pumping it up, so that we could dance, at other times. Their ability to adapt to the crowd was commendable. I would be remiss if I didn’t give honorable mention to the vocalist and the saxophone player. They were awesome too! Both my guests and I truly enjoyed them. I am still getting compliments from people saying just how much. They were on time, professional, courteous, and well worth the money! I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
