Swing Assembly was great! They played at my wedding on January 8, 2011 and my guests could not stop talking about how wonderful they were. They play a diverse set, the volume at which they played was perfect and they also acted as MC's at the reception. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who is looking for a band who can do it all.

WOW!! What a great band! The music was amazing and everyone had an incredible time. Not only did they perform for our wedding, they played piano for the ceremony and a jazz trio for cocktail hour. Even the staff at the hotel was impressed! Greg was always in contact with me and couldn't have been nicer. If you need to hire an unforgettable band, look no further!

Swing Assembly was AMAZING! No amount of words can provide my sincere gratitude for the remarkable performance by the band.
Greg was a joy to work with. His attitude and willingness to accommodate made creating music that would inspire everyone to get up and dance/move around an easy task.
I recommend Swing Assembly instead of a DJ any day! The band's desire and inspiration to play made the day amazing! Any event where I need to book music, I shall be contacting Swing Assembly first.

These guys are awesome! From the moment I sent them an email, they kept in contact and were quick to respond to all my requests. They were amazing even before they actually performed at my wedding reception because the communication went so smooth. At the actual reception on July 10, 2010, they blew everyone away! All my guests kept saying they were the best band they had heard at a wedding. They were perfect! They played everything from swing to blues to disco to pop to the classics--outstanding. They made my night perfect and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I didn't have to do any of the work, Greg made everything go seamlessly. Thanks Swing Assembly!

Swing Assembly was very professional and talented! I love the music that they played that night and we had such a fun time dancing to their music. They played a wide variety of music too! We had a special song request for our party and they even went all out to find the music score and practice it beforehand so that they could play it during the party! I am very thankful to them for that! Best Band ever!

Greg and the members of Swing Assembly were nothing short of amazing! Greg was friendly and professional. We were so comfortable working with him; you could tell he loves what he does. He just got us. We had a musician for our ceremony and a jazz trio for our cocktail hour. Worth. Every. Penny. They were so accommodating...Greg provided microphones for the ceremony on the fly. The reception was the best we have ever been to. There were people on the dance floor who have not danced in DECADES! It was still packed at midnight! People are still talking about our wedding weeks later. We can't wait to see Swing Assembly perform this summer...we may become groupies!

This band was incredible. They had extremely high energy and did a fantgastic job entertaining at my birthday party. They provided a trio for my cocktail hour and the entire 12 piece band for the rest of the night. No one even realized it was the same group. Both sets were distinct, professional and fantastic. They even had to compete with in another part of the venue and they did it with no sweat. Swing Assembly made my party perfect!

I give Greg Bella and Swing Assembly the highest ratings possible for their performance at our wedding reception. Greg met with us in advance to view the venue, discuss the details of what we wanted and to select the play list. The band showed up on time, were very flexible, dressed appropriately for the occasion, and best of all Swing Assembly gave an EXCELLENT performance. The music was fun and the dance floor was packed. I received numerous complements –they really made the reception very memorable. I can’t recommend Greg Bella and Swing Assembly enough!

Oh my goodness never in my wildest dreams did I think we could have had a band so wonderful! The talent, the look, the sound, the professionalism--all outstanding. The assortment of music just made the evening flow so smoothly and applealed to every age group from 90 years old down to age 11. If anyone is looking for a band to play at their event this it it! We used Swing Assembly for our daughter's wedding at Brookfield Zoo-it was a match made in heaven.

We couldn't ask for anymore for our wedding reception. Swing Assembly did a great job of going over details. They even talked about things that usually happen at receptions. They have the talent to showcase a large spread of musical styles from our requirement of lindy-style swing to popular music at the end of the evening.
They are very professional in their interactions with us, the staff of the reception hall, and our swing lesson instructors.
Everyone at our wedding reception raved about the band and the band kept everyone on their feet the entire night. It was a great night and I would highly recommend this band to anyone!
