They would not answer my calls unless I used a different number not associated with my name. Then would say they would call me right back that they were driving in a car and could not gather my information. Then never call back! Their mail box is full so you can not leave a message. They did not answer any texts or emails either and THEY DID NOT SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hired them for my father' s birthday with over 50 people and they were his gift and they never showed, called or apologized. NOTHING! NADA! Beyond furious, frustrated and so embarrassing to tell your guests they are coming and then NOTHING!!!!! NOT COOL BEWARE!! IS THERE A RATING WORSE THAT 0?!?

The band arrived punctually in black costumes and blended in with the tented outdoor set. They played most of the requested pieces to the delight of the guests. Especially the trumpet solos were most appreciated. At the end of the 45 minutes performance, the Navarros gladly agreed to a quick photo session.

Mariachi Sol Mixteco cancelled our event without our knowledge. I didn't find out until a week before when I called to follow up. I'm not sure they would have ever contacted me. They were unapologetic and apathetic. I was then left to find a replacement last minute and ultimately had to go without a band, leaving my guests and supervisors disappointed.

Mariachi Sol Mixteco was absolutely amazing. NJIT loved this group for our Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration as part of our campus-wide Homecoming! The band was well dressed, the performers were all fantastic and great musicians. We loved their cheerful attitudes and positive energy. They really know how to engage the crowd and we loved the variety of the songs they performed. We wish we would have booked them for longer because they were just overall an awesome addition to our celebration! We will book them again for sure in the future!

They were great and very accomodating! We would have liked to have a trumpet instead of 3 guitars (and a violin...) It would be good to have a choice, or to know in advance. It was a very loud street party and I didn't know I needed to make a special instrument request. But wonderful in every other way!

This is the second year they entertained at our corporate Cinco de Mayo party and we think they are great! Everyone enjoys them and they are very easy to work with; very accommodating in an overcrowded, noisy venue!

We are all really impressed by everything about Mariachi Sol Mixteco. They were communicative, on time, and did honor our specific song requests. But most importantly - they were SO very good!!!! We were all at attention the entire time they were performing. My mother, for whom the trio performed, was in tears. It was a really touching experience, and I couldn't be happier! They were wonderful! My mother will remember this day and so will we. They brought back memories of both her childhood and ours. She was able to travel back in time to her home Mexico with Mariachi Sol Mixteco. Thank you would simply not be enough. We will definitely recommend them and use them at anothr function.

the initial email response was timely and well worded where I new it wasn't an automated response. We agreed upon thier arrival between 10:45 and 11:00 pm and I received Mariela's call within that window when she was infringement of my house. They not only sang but took over getting the crowd involved in singing and participating with the entertainers. They even inspired a train through the house with the song "El Marichi Loco" the Marichi was the highlight for the the Birthday Boy and all the guests at the party. The Gigmaters portal helped a lot in providing me with a central spot to get the different groups and narrow down the one I wanted.
