Body / Mind Connections Motivational Speaker from Phoenix, AZ

I've written a book called, "Unwind Your Mind". It's an exploration into the seven most sought after afflictions people see me for. I used my knowledge in psychotherapy to develop a 30 minute speech which highlights the "rules of the mind" and how you can use those rules to start feeling better physically and mentally. It's a fun, interactive speech; perfect for any work or personal setting that's interested in motivating and enlightening their staff, friends, colleagues, etc. I've published two books and have written three. Recently I completed a play and I am currently working on a movie manuscript. I used to be a personal trainer for Premier Resorts and thoroughly enjoyed flying around the country and giving a two day talk to new trainees about the inns and outs of quality customer service. I was also a middle school teacher in both special and general education; so I am no stranger to getting up in front of a group of people; even if some of those people didn't really want to be there (only the students I swear). This talk is an easy introduction into how someone can take real action and easy steps to start changing the negative mind.
