TEXAS---horses, cattle, and football! I have lived it all! Now, it's a new career with Fox Sports! Let me share my message with you and your company! "Championship Motivation" presents Coach Ken Purcell and the keys to building a great business and family! Building a "Championship Football Team" requires the same basic principles as building a great "Successful Business"! After spending 41 years in Texas High School Football, I retired with "12 State Championship Rings"! But, the real story that I want to share with you and your staff is the "basic principles" behind all of those "Championships"! Having "a vision, a philosophy, and a plan" are the key principles to success in any endeavor! I use humor and storytelling to demonstrate the use of those principles. I was blessed in my career to be surrounded by so many "Champions"! As a Director in the Texas High School Coaches Association, an inductee into the Texas High School Athletic Director's Hall of Honor, and selected as the 2011 Texas Athletic Director of the Year, I encountered hundreds of "Champions". I use my educational background of teaching in the public schools of Texas, the University of North Texas, and Texas Woman's University to clearly explain the role of using "people skills" to maximize your success! In the sixth season of my career with Fox Sports, I continue to surround myself with great individuals. As a co-host of "Fox Football Fridays", I am a live on-air analyst every Friday night during the 17 week season of Texas High School Football. I also serve as the color analyst for the Fox coverage of the Texas High School Football State Championships.
