Titus grew up in a broken home where poverty and struggle filled day to day life. For many this can define their life, but it has refined the life of Titus Bartolotta. With a desire to to live, work, and play outside of the communities of his childhood, Titus studied and completed high school. This was a great accomplishment for the family he came from. Going on to study business management, culinary arts, and seminary, Titus would fall in love with learning, discovery, and high levels of awareness. After a very successful career in sales and organizational operations for major national brands such as SEARS, HHGREGG, CHEVROLET, JIFFY LUBE, and more, Titus would take the real world experience of winning in life and business to start a non profit charity called "The Lotta Foundation". With a mission to do a LOTTA good and bring some greater meaning to his last name BartoLOTTA, thousands of families have been provided with a lotta toys, coats and food. This would not be enough of an impact on the world for Titus. Starting two small businesses, publishing a book and hosting a weekly radio and podcast program which airs on ESPN, Titus has found is purpose of bringing Personal Development and Professional Growth to individuals and teams around the world.
