Greetings, we are a family based business that Promotions Healthy Living. We offer many health and wellness services as well as products throughout missouri. We offer Alternatives health care for you whole family. This has been a passion of our since the late 1980's. I started when family and friends were having health issues. This allowed us to pick each herb for the reason for their healing attributes. This allowed us to study, research, investigate, travel, live the life style, and the causes. Now, it was time to address the effects of these healing herbs. What we found is that the Creator was Correct. We must change: (Us -You-Me-We) in order to Heal Thyself. Wendy Williams graduated from FL Schlagle High school 1976- 1980, Kansas University for one semester 1980, joined the US Army, 1981-1987. She is a service connected disabled women veteran, Honorable Discharge. After leaving the Army I worked for Overland Park Department of transportation, US Army GS-5 Finance Clerk, 367th support group, US Post office for 11 years, 1986- 1997, this allowed her to start buying the products while still working. The business was started in A family owned business (Norm's Tire Shop, She worked there from 1976-1980 still graduation. She returned from the military in 1985, and continue helping run the shop. Ms. Wendy Williams my (MOTHER) been studying natural hair and Alternative health since July 1989 until Present. She has studied in many places, with many wonderful teachers. She is currently a licensed barber, hairstylist, manicures, and has continued studying alternative health care, Herbalist. April 2007, Crystal Williams become the owner of the business, Wendy Williams my (mother), began to volunteer. I have been blessed to be able to grow up in a business minded family all my life, I have been in training since I can remember, I have been blessed to apprenticeship, with my mother in all business matters. I grew up with a healthy understanding of life. So I having a healthy business was only natural. We would like to train, instructions on theory of natural hair and natural body care. This will help our business and employment of others, would contract out her skills of training to Beauty schools, salons, boutiques, Etc. My training started in the US Army 1981-1987 (Honorable Discharge) Assistant Fitness Coach, (Walter Reed Army Medical Center) Primary Development Leadership Course, Korea. The YMCA, Kansas City, Mo. Fitness instructor, 1992-1996. In 1997 I contracted our service to local organization, Senior Retirement homes, YWCA, Individuals etc. Heal Thyself Herbs, Etc., started officially in December 1992. We started the business with the understanding that we would help people with their health issues by using natural herbs, and natural oils, that come from the earth. HTH, Etc. would offer classes to the surrounding communities, in our business information. She has been doing Natural hair care for over 25 years. She attended Saunders Beauty & Barber School in 1992- 1993 for seven months, The proprietor has studied and trained while during apprenticeship with the best Natural Hair and Care Natural Stylist Taliah Waajid Natural Hair School in Decatur, Ga. She graduated with a 93% average, from Cutting Edge Barber and Hairstylist School, Kansas City, Kansas 66104. This was a great opportunity for me to learn more about hair and the theory of her craft.
