Baltimore native Dorothea Howard is an award-winning television host, executive producer, public speaker, and author. At the age of 26, she was diagnosed with Pulmonary Sarcoidosis. She took her diagnosis and channeled it into a passion to help others. Her motivation, inspiration and high energy are well received by her audience and always delivered in a down to earth, positive memorable style.

As President and CEO of McGuire Group,LLC, she leads this global company to greater success with her indomitable will to make a difference to the professional clients and organizations she serves.
