She has a passion for educating on how the body and mind work and helping us all find joy in the skin we're in. Over the past 15 years she has worked with all phases of life: mothers and infants, overweight children and teens, aging adults in nursing facilities and the adult population that is in between them all. She loves teaching because she learns so much from every group she has the opportunity to work with. Missy has facilitated events at summer camps, corporate settings, health clubs, schools, community centers, and currently owns a health food store where she regularly hold events to teach and inspire Hannah Morkel has a degree in Recreation Therapy which focuses on bringing a better quality of life to all people through movement and education. She has worked in treatment centers and led groups of youth in wilderness therapy programs. She can start a fire only using two stick and a pile of dried leaves! For years she directed programs at a camp for disabled youth and adults where she provided physical learning experiences for all levels of abilities. She has facilitated team building experiences for corporate events, summer camps, local community programs, health stores, and is currently leading a Free Forest School group to help children learn more about the earth and our role to honor and protect it. Missy and Hannah combine team building and motivational speaking into an interactive experience that will help you and your team learn that there is NOTHING that is beyond your reach.
