Donald played for my father's flag service at the national cemetery. Not only did he do a fantastic job but he knew the process from start to finish. Great and talented guy.

Mr. Willis was very personable and accommodating. He arrived 1/2 hour early and visited with some of the residents at the facility and met and visited with my mother, the "birthday girl". He played a variety of tunes and had the attention of the residents who were present and others who arrived later after hearing the music. He told some interesting stories but it would have been very helpful if he had had a small microphone that he could have turned on when he spoke. It was difficult to hear in the large room and people were sitting scattered at tables, many with hearing difficulties. I think they would have enjoyed the stories if they could have heard them.

Mr. Willis delivered his services as requested and even dressed in tartan colors of the groom and posed for pictures. It was an honor to have him perform at our sons wedding. It was a wonderful tribute to our family heritage.

Donald was very pleasant to work with. Not only did he do what we had requested, but he had other suggestions and was willing to do more, spend more time, and be flexible and accommodating. His piping added a special and meaningful touch to our friend's funeral.

Mr. Willis performed as requested in a very professional and pleasing manner. He arrived early, intermeshed with the minister effectively, and was very personable, humble and accomodative to the family. His uniform was impresive and traditional. We appreciated his participation.

We were so thankful for the talents of Mr. Donald Willis, Bagpiper, at our wedding on May 3, 2008. He truly made our day special and memorable. All of our guests had nothing but praise and positive comments ("He really knew his stuff", ..."the piper was terrific and the sound of it in the church blew me away", "...and I'm so glad that I made it in time to hear the bagpipes"). From the minute we contacted him to play for our wedding, through the months of planning, and the big day; Mr. Willis always answered our questions, phone calls, and e-mails. He was kind enough to tell us the tunes he would be using so we were able to add them into our program. Bellisimo!

My family, friends and I thoroughly enjoyed having Donald B. Willis perform at our party on Saturday, May 6th, 2006. He was more than excellent prior to the celebration in contacting me and making sure he knew exactly what I needed. He was extremely prompt and performed for us flawlessly. He made the party!!! We would definitely recommend him to anyone else who is looking for a bagpiper to perform at a function and we would also hiring him again in the future, should the need arise!!!

I miss understood the payment proceedure, having given my card number to Gig-Masters, I assumed that they were paying him from that. Evidently that was an error on my part--too crazy of a day as it was!!! Donald's graciousness and courtesy was a delight and a relief after a very, very stressful event. I have heard many pipers, and his skill was truly a pleasure!
