Since 2004, The Royal Virginians have been Virginia's premiere Big Band Dance Orchestra. Specializing in the music of the 20's, 30's, 40's, and beyond, this 14-Piece Big Band provides listening and dancing enjoyment through its inimitable style and vast library of custom arrangements: classic tunes, waltzes, Latin styles, society numbers, swing, and Dixieland. Hits of the Big Band era, show tunes, and popular pieces from the great American song writers are all a part of The Royal Virginians Big Band magic. The Royal Virginians can also perform some of the big hits of the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's. Songs like "Kansas City," "Rock Around The Clock," "Tequila," "A Kind Of Hush," "Love Will Keep Us Together," "Copacabana," "YMCA," and "My Heart Will Go On" to name just a few. Vocals are provided by Deborah Leone and Tony Ingram. The Orchestra is perfect for weddings, corporate events, private parties, outdoor concerts and festivals, charity events, or anywhere else live Big Band music is required.
