Symphony Sounds was absolutely amazing!!! They sounded like a CD! Behind the scenes (the day setting up) Sarah was extremely helpful! Se took the time to help our venue coordinator setup the best possible place for our guests to see and hear the musicians - at first the hotel tried putting them behind a post (duh!). Also, as being a paranoid bride I text Sarah multiple times...she responded quickly and assured me that everything was set and was ready. It was perfect! The musicians that came with Sarah were also very friendly and they all worked very well together and sounded great performing all of my requests, even 'What A Wonderful World' as I walked down the aisle

I hired a string quartet and the dance orchestra for my wedding ceremony and reception through Symphony Sounds, and they were excellent. What a great company to work with!
Both groups sounded wonderful and professional. They played all of my requests and more. I couldn't have been happier on such an important day. Thank you!!!

I can't say enough about this string quartet! They were the highlight of the evening. My guests raved about the music they provided for the ceremony at the church and cocktails for the reception at the Shedd Aquarium. They even took a few requests from my wife's family. The price was reasonable, and the quality of their performance was even better than the demo on their website. If you're looking for a string quartet for your wedding, you can't go wrong with this group! A+++++!!!

They arrived late to my wedding and never made advance contact with me. They later told me there was a traffic delay but I do not understand why there was no attempted contact. They were to begin playing at 3:20 and at that time there was only 1 member of string quartet there. Minutes before I was to walk down the aisle I had to scramble and call their main contact number to figure out where they were and what was going on. The weather was less than ideal, but adjustments could have easily been made - had there been contact. They did play in the tent for cocktail hour but no adjustments were made to supplement their late time or lack of playing due to weather.

Wonderful! They actually forgot to include the sound system we requested (add'l $100) on the receipt, and after we brought it to their attention, they included it for free! Our wedding was magical thanks to them!
