Jam X band exceeded my expectations. We had a snow storm on the night of the party, but Jam X made it to the venue well before the party started. They were very professional, extremely talented, friendly, and just absolutely awesome. We had a five piece band for a very reasonable price. From the beginning (with booking Jam X) to the end, was a great experience. The Jam X band is the band for all my future events.

Dex and the JamX Band were outstanding! My Family Reunion ended on a HOT~ HOT ~HOT note and are still talking about the band! I would definetly recommend the Jam X Band/Coral Sea Entertainment Group to all who want to have a good "HOT" time!

Dex and his band were the highlight of our wedding! I've had so many guests approach me since the wedding to ask us about JamX.
We only booked them for the cocktail hour, but I have a feeling that if they had played all night, we never would have made it to dinner - that's how much fun we had jamming to their tunes.
If we ever have another event needing steel drums, I will definitely be contacting JamX! The band arrived early so we didn't have to worry about getting them set up (a definite plus for a bride), and they sounded GREAT (we went with 3 instruments plus vocal).
LOVED THEM and would definitely recommend them to others.

Jamx was a wonderful addition to our wedding reception! They kept our guests dancing and having fun all night! Dex, Holly and the whole band were kind, accommodating, and engaging. Long Trout Winery was very well satisfied with Jam X Band. All three bandmembers were very friendly and personable. they accommodated most, if not all, of our guests requests and the crowd's comments were extremely favorable. We had a bit of a tough time this year finding a band that fit our specific needs, but we are thankful that we landed on GigMasters and stumbed across Jam X....We feel as though we have made some new talented friends who brought back memories of a brief time, many years ago, that we had spent in the islands...it was a fun relaxing afternoon. This band really lays down a quality island sound with some slammin' raggae to get your crowd jammin'.

Dex and the entire band were extremely professional. They arrived early, were very attentive to host requests and left everyone at the party wanting more!! I would HIGHLY recommend JamX for any island/Caribbean themed event. You will not be disappointed!

The band made our daughter's sweet 16 Family party incredible.
Everyone was floored that we had live music for this afternoon pool party. Everyone commented that they felt like they were at a carribean island.
Since Aruba is a favorite destination of our family, this is exactly the feeling we were trying to create.
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this band!

I can't say enough about the performance that JamX put on for us yesterday. We had a pool party at our home with approximately 100 guests. Everyone kept saying how wonderful the band was. Children were dancing, adults were dancing and JamX really knew how to set the tone for the party. They played all of the songs that our guests wanted to hear. They made our celebration a success. They were extremely professional and courteous. They even arrived 2 hours early to set up. Trust me....if you want to ensure that the music portion of your party is a success, hire Dex and his JamX band and you won't have to worry about a thing.

JamX did a wonderful job with my corporate summer event. They created the perfect ambiance for our riverside BBQ. Myrna and Dex were extremely accommodating, responded to all my concerns immediately and the band was there extremely early to allow for a stress-free set up. Most importantly, they played great music and were gracious enough to go into overtime. I would absolutely hire them again.

We hired Dex and the band for a 50th birthday party at our house. They could not have been nicer, more professional or more talented. They showed up early to set up and were ready and playing when the guests arrived. They were the perfect band and we will hire them again without question. Everyone commented on how great they were. We hired Jam X for the band at our wedding, they were super professional throughout the whole process. Both Dex and Myrna responded quickly to email and phone calls and worked with us to make sure everything was planned how we wanted it. Their talent as musicians was fantastic, some of the best live reggae we've heard. Their positive energy coupled with the talent and music got everyone up and having a great time. We had so many comments from our guests about how great the band was. I saw other reviews say it when I was booking them but I will say it again, if you are considering hiring them for your event DO IT! It will be the best decision you make.

Jam X Band just performed at our "Christmas in the Caribbean" party on Dec. 19th. They arrived prompt, polite and professional in the middle of a big snow storm. Wow! they blew my guests away. Now all my friends want to book them for their summer parties. We can't say enough about how much everyone enjoyed them.

This band is AMAZING! I hired them for my wedding in NYC - I had never seen them perform before, just heard some clips on the gigmasters site and You Tube, but my instincts were right. The band makes or breaks a wedding - and they made mine! They are SUPER talented musicians and singers, and they're energy was incredible. Everybody danced all night. It was such a fun party because of them. And Dex and Myrna were so professional - they always responded promptly to my e-mails and made things go super smoothly. If you are considering this band, I can't recommend them highly enough.

This band always gets high marks and now I was able to experience why. They sound fantastic and the music was incredible. The band was early as planned, played all of our songs on the list and really played what the crowed wanted to hear. In addition, the communication in setting up the event was great, questions were always answered quickly, I received a confirmation call before the event and a follow up call after the event! Thank you Myrna, Dex and the rest of Jam X Band for a amazing event.

JamX performed at our beach wedding on September 19, 2009. They were amazing! They were very professional to work with and were able to meet all of our needs. They played music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the party. We sent a song list to Dex in advance and they learned to play some of our favorite songs! All of our guests danced the entire time. We have recieved so many complements on them. One of our guests has already booked them for their own wedding! We would strongly recommend them and would absolutely use them again! They helped in making our wedding "The best wedding ever!"

Our experience with JamX and Coral Sea Entertainment was, without any doubt, one of the best that our city of Summerside, PEI, Canada, has had. ALL the performers were experienced, professional, talented, incredibly entertaining and, most importantly, fun!! I can not express the energy or atmosphere that they created properly in writing, so, the most I can say is that they were everything and much more than we expected and we absolutely want them back again, as do all of the audience that were able to attend their performance !

Dex and his JamX band were terrific. The crowd at our August 6th Company party ranged in age from 3-88 and everyone loved the band. Their repertoire ranged from Trench town reggae to Paul Simon and everything in between. When they got the limbo pole out it was a blast. A great time was had by all. Highly recommended!
