The Original Mixed Company Oldies Band from Bayonne, NJ

The Original Mixed Company is an Oldies band/singing group specializing in Doo-Wop, Motown, Rhythm & Blues, and Classic Soul. In addtion to the band we can also perform a cappella or with a guitar, for a full evening's entertainment, depending on the requirements of your event. The group is based in the greater New York and New Jersey metropolitan area and has been performing for more than 35 years. The group has played Studio 54 and many other night clubs and concert halls as well as private functions throughout the tri-state area. We have had multiple appearances on CBS-FM and NPR as well as local TV programs and even toured in England. We have opened for The Drifters, The Marvelettes, Johnny Maestro & The Brooklyn Bridge, The Platters, Earl Lewis and the Channels, The Jive Five, The Exciters, The Skyliners, The Coasters, The Teenagers and The Moonglows. We also have recorded several albums on Clifton and Catamont Records. The group was founded in 1982 and was first called Patty and the Street Tones.
