Hey everybody, please allow me to introduce myself. I am Alex Knight and I am a recording artist with RAAV RECORDS. Although I am new to this site I am not new to the music business. In fact, I am a seasoned pro with well over 30 years of professional performing experience from my road work with various bands and musical styles from Washington to Iowa and all of the Southwest as well. I had a very good performing band and my highlights include opening for major recording acts such as LOVER BOY, FOGHAT, EDGAR WINTERS GROUP, and COLLIN RAYE, just to name a few. Currently, my new charting songs, JUNGLE FEVA and SKOOL DAZE are trending well overseas and on Internet radio. You can Google Alex Knight, Badassery Blues Man, and find most of my prominent songs from my latest CD, LONESOME TOWN. I also offer 3 different shows and specialize with my ROLLING COMPANY SHOW, a combination of songs from The Stones and from Bad Company and my WHEELS OF FIRE ?? SHOW, a compilation of songs from the Cream and Eric Clapton. Finally, I play my favorite songs from the road such as Cherry Bomb, Who'll Stop The Rain, Seminole Wind, and many others. I involve my audience and we all have a great time. Usually, I perform at the venues in Houston with a 3 piece band but I have played the Holiday Inn circuit for 5 years as a solo artist and I am very comfortable with that format. Finally, I am very reasonable and I will work with you to make your show an event. Again, although I am new to this site, I have 30 years plus of professional playing experience from Washington to Iowa and the Southwest.
