Hello and thank you for visiting my profile here at The Bash. My name is Steve McCloud and I am a One Man Band music entertainer known as The Flip Flop Man. For the last year, I have also been offering DJ services for events, Weddings, Parties, whatever your needs may be. I love entertaining, whether singing and playing guitar or simply spinning music tracks! I began playing music as a soloist on an island in Florida over 30 years ago. The music of the sand and sea appealed to me and I adopted the pseudonym - The Flip Flop Man. I am a respected Party and Event DJ / or I can also perform as a One Man Band.
Due to the Covid Pandemic, many states have banned LIVE music but still allowed DJ's to operate. Therefore, since March of 2020, I have added this service. My DJ song list is extensive and I can also (by special request) have songs on hand that you would like to have played at your special event. I bring a full sound and lighting system that can please hundreds of people or a small group. Whatever your event requires.
My LIVE performing music selection spans 70 years, from the 1950's to the present and I strive to sound like the original recordings of your favorite artists. Classic Rock, Classic Country, R&B, Oldies and Tropical Rock (like Jimmy Buffett, Zac Brown, Kenny Chesney and others), I cover many bases musically. On my website you will find a complete and always expanding list of about 200 songs that I am currently performing. Often times an event buyer (you) may request special songs for an event and I try to include the songs, if possible, for a small additional fee. Most anything is possible and I love performing and seeing people smile, sing and dance to my music. Beach and Island themed events are my favorites but I adapt to any occasion ... as long as I can wear my Flip Flops ... because when I perform, I really am The Flip Flop Man!
