I ordered a party bus and was directed to a picture on Facebook when I requested to see the bus I rented. It was a basic model but acceptable for what we needed. The bus that showed up was in worse condition than the one I saw in picture. The side had an old limo agency logo that was partially blacked out; the back bumper was rusted. The bus was not washed or waxed and seats had rips. I would have thought that they would send something presentable. On the upside, the driver was good. I called to complain and the owner seemed surprised. He didn't give a refund- only what I had overpaid in tip and being charged for extra half hour. So disappointed.
