Falcon Travel was very patient with me as we had several date and time changes until we were able to finalize other logistics. Sam was very accommodating and understanding. We requested a pick up, stop at other location, and drop off at final destination. The driver was great and was on time at all locations. The bus was clean and comfortably.
Unfortunately, the next day's pick up at Copper Mountain was delayed due to weather and road closures. Our driver practiced safe driving in adverse conditions. Thank you to all at Falcon Travel.

I booked a 35 person bus through Falcon Tour and Travel in October 2018 for a football game. I worked with James and he was extremely accommodating and helpful. I had many questions because we had a large group and he was very responsive. On the day of the event, they upgraded us to a larger bus. We had the bus for 11 hours - everything went smoothly and went as planned. I would recommend Falcon Tour and Travel to friends and will definitely use them again for future events.

AN ABOMINATION! DO NOT BOOK! TERRIBLE SERVICE THAT DID NOT FOLLOW THE TERMS OF THE BOOKING! WE REQUESTED A 12 PERSON LIMO BUT THEY WENT AND SENT US A 10 PERSON LIMO! ITS A SCAM! THEY HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY BEHIND OUR BACK! HELD UP THE GROUP BY 1.5 HOURS TO OUR PROM, AND WE GOT TO THE DESTINATION SO LATE THAT WE WERE UNABLE TO TAKE PICTURES IN THE LIGHT. ALSO ENDED UP MISSING THE ACTUAL PROM THAT COST US $720 IN TICKETS DUE TO THE DELAY. IT WAS A MAD RUSH OF CALLS AND MISUNDERSTANDINGS TO THE LIMO COMPANY, THAT RESPONDED TERRIBLY. LIMO WAS NOT THE SAME AS PICTURE AND NO PROMISED DRINKS. NOW, THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE UNABLE REFUND BESIDE VIOLATING THE CONTRACT

It was totally our mistake and our dispatcher dispatched 10 passenger limo instead of 12 passenger. We would never be able to express the stress we had along with our clients. We have updated our SOP's to triple filter so it never happen again and happily returned 100% amount to our value client and the best part is we end up on 15-20% lifelong discount for her :D . We are expecting to hear back from her in future and we publicly apologize for the mistake we are committed to improve our services.

I was not happy with the services because the limo didnt even show up, my groomsmens was on the road waiting for the limo, then finally someone else had t pick them up. i had 14 of us, in the bridal party, they sent a bus which only 11 of us could fit, the bus didnt even pick up the groomsmen, and us girls were late getting to the church. I was not happy at all with your services, and i hope that you will reinburse me all my money, considering that you have messed up my day.

Show up. I had 24 people waiting to go to DEL Mar race track and I called them 15 min prior to there expected arrival time and this is when I found out they were not coming. We had to all break up and take Uber’s. It was horrible. Never book them again.

Falcon travel did a classic bait and switch on me, my daughter and 31 of her friends on the night of her senior prom. She agreed to a specific vehicle that would be able to transport 32 people. A text with a picture of the vehicle, occupancy count and price was sent to us prior to the evening. A 26 person vehicle showed up that night. Children had to sit on the floor (illegally) in order to get to the prom. After promo night, they offered me a discount on a future purchase due to the inconvenience experienced. I was not given a refund from Falcon. I would recommend that you remove them from your partner list. The driver was on his cell phone while driving on I95.

Unreliable. Unprofessional. Do not book.
Cancelled one hour before bus was supposed to arrive. Had booked a month in advance and confirmed the day before.
Provided no alternate and left me entirely stranded on one of the busiest event days in upstate New York. Still waiting on a refund.

The person taking the reservation (Eric Garcia) was great! But the whole experience was horrible. The driver didn’t speak English well enough to understand instructions, GPS, or drop off address. He was very rude and kept texting in the middle of the party. The whole thing almost didn’t happen because of him. He got lost and we almost missed our time to be at the club. Will never use Falcon Travel because of the driver’s lack of professionalism amongst other issues.

It was a third party company. I ordered a limo for 9, and they outsourced it to a limo company in New Jersey. The driver called me the day before and said I would be more comfortable in a van which would hold up to 15. "It would be a little less glamorous" but we wouldnt charge us more, and we could still enjoy the benefits of the limo. An old white van with taxi arrived, with air that didn't work, and seats that were falling apart. I'm disappointed that I paid so much for a van that had holes where AC vents used to be.

THE DRIVER ARRIVED ON TIME, HOWEVER, HE SEEMED CLUELESS AND COMPLETELY UNENTHUSIASTIC IN GETTING US TO OUR DESTINATION. WE WERE A GROUP OF 15 OUT OF TOWN GUESTS GOING FOR AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTE EXCURSION (TRAVEL TIME) IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. THE DRIVER DROPPED US OFF AND DID NOT ANSWER OUR PHONE CALLS WHEN WE WANTED TO BE DRIVEN A MILE DON THE STREET . WE RENTED THE LIMO FOR THE ENTIRE DAY AND WERE PERTURBED AT HOW UNACCOMMODATING HE WAS.

So to start i got a 40 seater bus which was smaller than the 50 passenger bus that I was supposed to receive. The pictures of the bus was a little deceiving. The couches on the bus needs a little repair. There are holes in the seating. And the most disturbing of it all was the bathroom. The bathroom toilet not sink didn’t work. And I had to get off the bus upon arrival and go and purchase toilet tissue for the bus, wipes and sanitizer which I left on the bus for the next customers to use so they don’t have to go and buy any like I had to. Other than that my guest enjoyed themselves the best that they could. I don’t like to complain I just wanted to be honest!
