The bus was as pictured. The problem was the a/c did not work well and the Wi-Fi was spotty at best. it was a hot day the a/c was a big issue with my guest. The Wi-Fi going in and out kills the experience because you're the dj. They provided nothing. No ice, no cups nothing. We understood we had to bring our own drinks but we at least thought ice and cups would be provided. This was after the owner had a problem processing credit card payments and wanted me to try to find an alternate method of payment like cash app or something right before they arrived.Rise Rides by far had the lower price so I guess I got what I paid for but I wouldn't book with them again.

I was a little disappointed with the cigarette smell that was lingering in the bus. When the bus arrives to pick us up that was the first thing you smell when you enter the bus.
