The company themselves were great. They were easy to book and even price matched another company. Our driver though was not that great though. He was suppose to have gotten ice but had ONE bag and he was suppose to provide water and didnt do that. He didnt know how to work the sound equipment and when we first got on the bus it was trashed from a previous party. We had to wait till he cleaned it to get on which ate into our start time. We would probably try to find another company in the future.

I am sorry to hear about your issues with the bus, we have an on-site cleaning crew so I am unsure of why it arrived to you in this manner. We do provide a bag of ice and water, and again, I apologize you did not have water as this is an item that is provided with a bag of ice before the vehicle leaves the office. This is very strange as to the system we have in place and I will definitely take it upon your word and have it looked into to insure this will not happen again. Thank you for letting us know. We do clean after every run, as we did remove 3 bags of trash from your party also. These are noted on every check in as well as check out of our vehicles.

My experience on Saturday with the party bus was awesome!! Thank you for all of the accommodations! My friends and I had a blast! Thank you so much for making my birthday one to remember! The bus and the driver, I think his name was Don, was amazing! I look forward to booking with you guys again! I had an upgraded bus with awesome seats, lights, and 2 poles! They worked with me on the price and were extremely kind and professional! Silver Image provided me with everything I needed and wanted! Couldn't ask for a better service!

Our limo arrived and the driver was so nice. He brought me a flower for my wedding day, so sweet and thoughtful. We are having my husbands birthday next week and I will be booking them again and requesting Don, our driver. He made us so relaxed after a very long day.

We were completely shocked when a painted school bus arrived to pick up our teenagers for going to their homecoming night. Nothing like it was shown on their website...quite the opposite. They did remove the "dance pole" from the interior of the bus per our request and the driver was great. We have not received a response from anyone in charge and will be challenging the charge with American Express. Very disappointing.
