We recently booked a photo booth from Dobodo, Events for a local community event. An hour into our 3 hour time slot, the printer stopped working apparently because it was out of ribbon. There were no replacements or back up supplies, thus for more than half of our contracted time, no prints were available. We were told pictures would be printed on Monday and available to pick up. I have sent emails, text messages, and left voice messages since that time and no one has responded. Upon further research post our event, there are several BBB complaints against this owner and company. At the minimum, we should be able to obtain the remaining prints.

photo booth person arrived/set up late did not have a generator that was ordered and paid for. Did not have very many props, did not engage with the guests, he spent his time on his phone. He seemed to have been a very last minute person at a job he didn't want.

Sean & Madeleine were fantastic helping us plan this event. We called them very last minute they got an awesome photo strip designed and our guests had a blast with it. They also got us our digital gallery the next morning (2 days faster than what was promised).
The social media text message feature is a must have uograde in my opinion, everyone loved it and the pics from last night are all over our facebook newsfeed this morning.
