Pre-event: Promised that they would obtain any photo template I might want if it wasn't in their current inventory. When I requested a specific template that matched our theme, they refused. Challenging as communication is primarily email (always forwarded to voicemail) and phone is useful when you need to talk a few things through.
On-site: Due to limited pre-communication, specific electrical requirements were vague and we had to scramble on-site. Attendant (owner) was professional, but not overly enthusiastic. Several adults commented that he appeared "grumpy" with the kids. He did the job, but with little enthusiasm. Quality of photo strips were great.

Jill I am sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with our service. I worked that event and am surprised that you did not feel you got a great rental. I will email you a more complete response but on 2 points I want to address your assessment. Our contract is very detailed about electrical requirements and since the contract was reviewed by someone at the school I assumed you would know we needed power to run the booth. You are correct, I could not provide the template you wanted. I explained to you I could not get that template without purchasing the complete set offered ($199.00). That is simply not practical. Again, I am sorry you were not completely happy.

Ted was absolutely fantastic! So easy to work with, made both the process of booking the Photo Booth so easy! Ted was a pleasure to work with and the Photo Booth was a hit! I would highly recommend!
