Jesse called me a half hour before the ceremony to let me know he was stuck in traffic, but not to worry he would be there in time. The very good news is he made it in time for our ceremony! Besides that little hiccup, Jesse was very accommodating, and easy to work with. He did excellent work, and I loved his photo's, they were fantastic! He is definitely is a talented photographer.

Jesse is incredibly nice and very hard-working. There were some technical and scheduling difficulties, however, that make these ratings lower than I would've liked to award. It would probably have been better to have allowed 2 hours for set up so that it would be completed before the event started. Add to that some unexpected software updates, and it made for a challenging evening. Most importantly, I was pleased that Jesse appropriately discounted his services and handled these issues with grace, so I actually would recommend him.

I am very sorry for the issues I encountered at the beginning of the event. Unfortunately, these things do happen every once in a while when you are dealing with a lot of electronic equipment.

Jesse was very professional and personable. He showed up nice and early to the event to set everything up and braved the cold throughout the event. He created a great template for our photos and accommodated an unexpected larger attendance at the event. I would definitely higher Altered Exposure again.
