I enjoyed the entire process of dealing with INDNGRL! Caris was professional, friendly and very accommodating to my guests. She was AWESOME!!! What a great job they did! The servers were professional, engaging and helpful....they even sang in front of our band! The food was spot on delicious and enjoyed by everyone. They absolutely exceeded expectations in most every area. The caterer was late in setting up and being ready to serve which is the only minor ding I would give them.

The entire staff was extremely courteous and handled the large event very well. Guests said that the bartenders were friendly and smiling throughout the night. They were quick and efficient.

We booked INDNGRL for bartending services after a last-minute cancellation. They were FANTASTIC!!! the crew was extremely professional. They did an outstanding job handling a large volume of customers. We will definitely use them again in the future!!!

They arrived on time, set-up the bar we had also rented, the were very professionally dressed, had all the utensils required, were very well trained in their craft and best of all, they had great personalities and were fun and very pleasant. A great addition to the party. Several commented on how great they were and even asked how they could get in touch with them for their parties. Assure you that they will be highly recommended from this 100% satisfied customer.

You never introduced yourself to me. Complaints from the bride and other family members. Doors left open to the venue which caused the ac unit to freeze up, leaving no ac in venue room....ruined the wedding....not happy at all, and will contact credit card company for a full refund, as well as BBB.

2.she didn't come to the bar tohave an opportunity to speak to her. She came thru the bar before ceremony.saw her in the bathroom before ceremony, exchanged smiles.
3.Not responsible door being left open, guest were coming in/out venue, caterers also, not an issue that should be placed on our staff.We also, sat out our own personal fans to ease guest suffering.
I feel bc the venue was hot for guest that someone has to be the blame. We arrived an hr early for set up, assisted the caterer, assisted with lighting all candles, kept beer cold,served all guest.17 yrs with 1000 + events, NO negative revi
