Wedding ReceptionReviewed on March 3, 2020From Tenino, WA

Our photobooth attendants were prompt and professional. They were very kind and helpful when asked questions. The communication leading up to the wedding was fantastic. Thank you for making the wedding a success.

Country Club EventReviewed on September 10, 2018From Palos Verdes Estates, CA

We used JD Event services. The DJ was an hour and a half late, even after reminders and directions we sent him. The photographer we were working with canceled, but did not call us. Wanted him at our event at 5. At 5:30 we started calling him and he did not respond. JD Event folks sent a replacement after we called them, but of course way after everyone arrived. (We hoped to have arrival photos). We have not yet seen the results of his work, so that might help this rating. Really a disaster.

Family ReunionReviewed on January 8, 2018From Aurora, CO

There were 16 of us, including 2 infants, a toddler, 2 kids and 2 teens and 2 dogs - on Christmas Eve. Our photographer did an amazing job getting pics of our whole group as well as individual families and a variety of special requests. Everyone in the family thought the photos turned out even better than we could have expected. Our photographer was polite, creative and professional and overall we could not be more pleased!!!

WeddingReviewed on December 12, 2017From Tampa, FL

We were very disappointed w/the videography services that was provided to us last Oct.We expected to get professional services esp that in their ad they claim to “provide all the necessary equipment & we you don't use Jurassic era cameras & lighting & we make sure that all our video equipment is professional grade so all the moments of your event—no matter how big or small-will be recorded in all its glory and beauty.” We feel like we have been ripped off.It was so humiliating to be asked by guests where the videographer was & all we can do is point to a guy w/a digital camera. Also, we havent received the edited copy of our wedding up until now. Very unacceptable.

Grand OpeningReviewed on December 6, 2017From Denver, CO

All of the photos were just really close face shots, the photographer barely showed the model homes, or how many people were at our event. He didn't show anything fun that was going on, just faces that had no idea they were being photographed so they were horrible pictures, I also asked the Videography specialist to cover a speech that was going on and he was on his cell phone and acted like i was severely inconveniencing him by asking him to do something. The video footage was wide sweeping shots that were so fast paced it made you dizzy to watch, and they only showed outdoor shots once again didn't show any of the interiors of our beautiful model homes. Horrible!

This completely untrue and I don’t why they are saying this now in December when this was submitted in mid-August to the client, who seemed happy with it at the time. My photographer Dan and I submitted close to 700 photos and two videos (with a re-edit to both) of the guests and houses including the band, the novelty free trinkets and guests interacting with the presenters and the portrait artist and everything thing else the client asked for. I submitted a rough draft video which is linked below that was later re-edited to the client's specifications, the rough draft video linked below has three different shots of interiors in multiple different houses. So the clie
