Horrible! Scammers in my view! Last December we contracted Premier events for 4.5hrs video footage. Their videographer claimed she mailed flash drive to us three times and to date nothing has been received! Premier nor their rep cannot provide tracking . We requested refund of our $450 which was paid in advance. To date , we have been unsuccessful in getting back our money. We sent numerous emails to them and have been speaking with a female who gives her name as 'India" and all we get are promises to look into matter. The videographer confirmed that she refunded Premier events the $300 which they paid her . At this stage we are demanding a refund.
