Lydia Michelle Pianist from Philadelphia, PA

I'm a professional piano teacher, performer, pianist, writer and composer who has founded my own piano teaching and performing business, Lydia Michelle Piano Studios (LMPS) in 2016 at the age of 20, when I became more involved in pursuing my deep passion for teaching as well as performing multiple gigs, recitals and concerts in Philly and around the Main Line area in Pennsylvania. I am classically trained through private piano lessons for most of my life and have been studying piano for about twenty years, since the age of five, where my deep passion for music was born. Performing solo, I have competed every year from (2006-2015) and was involved in the New Jersey Music Teachers Association (NJMTA) Annual Spring Festival Achievement Awards, as well as was educated in The Royal Academy of Music, “The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music” (The ABRSM Program), where I studied complex theory and pedagogy from (2016-2019). I also perform my live Instagram performances of my own improvisations as well as professionally record my own compositions in all types of styles including contemporary, classical, pop and R&B music. Some of the musical styles I regularly perform are classical, contemporary, Indie Rock, Alternative, Pop, Blues, Jazz, R&B, etc. I'm currently active in piano teaching including teaching at two other studios as well as my own teaching business called "Lydia Michelle Piano Studios". I'm always looking to continuously progress, grow and expand my performing business in the Philly, Main Line and potentially in the NYC area, me soon becoming successful in pursuing my dream and passion in performing in every location.
