Looking for the right musician for your party, wedding, or special event? I am an experienced, professional and versatile piano player, available to play for your event or private party. My song list spans American standards to classic rock and beyond. I performed as house pianist at the Fairmont Hotel in SF from 2013-2020, and at the Four Seasons Hotel SF (2001- 2011). My music is fun, not stuffy, ranging from Pink Floyd, Sinatra, the Who, Cole Porter, Beatles and Metallica. Requests are welcome. My repertoire includes hundreds of lush swinging standards from the American Songbook era: classics by songwriters such as Gershwin, Berlin, Rogers and Carmichael, songs popularized by Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald. If you enjoy classic rock, songs from the 60's and 70's also make awesome piano songs. I enjoy playing Elton John, Pink Floyd, Traffic, Grateful Dead, Santana and the Stones. From the 80's and 90's, I have arranged piano versions of songs from such unlikely sources as the Cure, Oasis, Nirvana, Coldplay, Radiohead and U2. My current-day and recent repertoire includes hits by Billie Eiliish, Florence + the Machine and Jenny Lewis. You can specify what kind of mix or concentration you would like, or just leave it up to me if you like. I'm available throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
