I am a passionate singer-songwriter who leaves it all on the stage when I perform. I pride myself on bringing an intimate performance to any event I perform at; be it a festival or a personal house show. Generally, my gigs are completely stripped; just me, my guitar, and a mic. However, for larger gigs I have been known to play with a full band and there is magic in both styles of performance. When I perform, I lean into my artistry to bring familiarity to the crowd while also giving them some things they have never heard before. I enjoy performing mash-ups of pop music intertwined with my own original music, and it is quite often a hit. The shock people have on their faces when they recognize a song performed in a way they have never heard it before is what makes my job worth while. Throughout my career my voice and performance style has been compared to that of: John Mayer, Ed Sheeran, Seal, Gavin Degraw, Jacob Banks, Frank Ocean, and John Legend, among others.
