The Elsa character did an excellent job in working with the children. She was very personable, asked the Bday girl if she had any special request for songs and asked for any final request before she left. She even stayed for the opening of the gifts. She was spot on and enjoyed by everyone. This was a very positive experience and Elsa really made a four year old's birthday very special. She presented a certificate and a crown and the birthday princess will never forget her special day. Elsa was outstanding. Great job and would definitely refer this company to others.
