I was pretty happy with the sisters but there was basically one problem. They performed in a small area by the front door which had a large wide supporting pole in the way. They did make an effort to try to go back and forth on each side of the pole but it would’ve been much better for them to perform their songs in the large area of the toy/gym area. Unfortunately, they would’ve had to take off their shoes due to the special mats and though the owner and I asked, they said that they couldn’t because the shoes were part of their costume. They had long dresses so it wouldn’t really have been noticeable yet the performance would’ve been greatly improved.

Hi Janet, Unfortunely we could not remove our shoes due to the safety of our performers as the costumes would have then be a hazard for our performers to trip. We have performed in many indoor play areas before who have made an exception for our shoes in the play rooms and have never experienced this issue before. We are sorry you were not 100% satisfied but I believe the complaints should be with the owner of the venue, not the performers who accommodated and did the best we could in the small space we were provided. We had a great time regardless and loved meeting your granddaughter to make her birthday magical.
