Hot Club of Flatbush is an acoustic jazz band specializing in Gypsy Jazz, Hot Jazz, Swing, French Chanson, and other classic American Songbook from the 1920s-40’s. We can provide any size band from a small trio of female vocals, guitar and violin, to a full 7-piece swing band. Based in Brooklyn NY, we’ve been performing in the NY area since 2011 for weddings, galas, fundraisers, holiday parties, birthday parties, we draw inspiration from Ella Fitzgerald, Edith Piaf, Madeleine Peyroux, Serge Gainsbourg, Django Reinhardt, Duke Ellington, Cole Porter and many others. While our repertoire contains over 200 songs in English, French, Italian, Portuguese, Yiddish, Roma, and Russian, we are always happy to do any special arraignments you might have. A small fee may be required depending on the song. We dress for the occasion and bring the right style and ambiance for any type of event. Along with numerous weddings and corporate events, some of our clients include, James Beard Foundation, Sotheby’s Old Masters, Fendi, Porcelanosa, and many more. Some of the venues we've performed at include The Rainbow Room, Sotheby’s Art Gallery, Capitale, 501 Union, The Green Building, Academy Mansion, NYC Park Hyatt, Dumbo Pebble Beach, Greenpoint Loft, Wave Hill Public Gardens, Manhattan Penthouse, Metropolitan Building, Prospect Park Boathouse, The Foundry, and others.
