From the moment I was contacted by Michael and Angela Hall, I knew Silkee Smoove was the perfect band for my father’s party. They were professional, personable, upbeat, and worked with me to fit within my budget. They arrived early to set up, complete with sound and lighting. The talented singers and musicians showcased a diverse body of music and kept the multi-generational guests partying on the dance floor. I received compliments and requests for the band's contact information all night long! Silkee Smoove made my father's seventieth birthday celebration a night to remember. Silkee Smoove is more than a band, they are an experience!

We had a very diverse group with kids under 10 to senors in their 80's. We had people from the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Africa. The people from outside the U.S. are simply here because they work here but have no intentions to become U.S. citizen. The one thing we have in common is...we all love to dance and Silkee Smoove provided the music for that. As the party organizer, people kept asking me, where did I find the band and when are you going to have another party. I wasn't surprised because I've attended events where this band performed so I knew they could deliver. Very professional, very classy and very good

Silkee Smoove performed for our Dad's Surprise 60th Birthday and words cannot describe how awesome they made the party! We danced and sang the night away and made friends with all of the band members. They were amazing! I highly recommend them for any party/event if you want to have a great evening. They will make it happen!

We couldn't have chosen a better band for our daughters wedding! The dancing area was outside and part of a historical building so it had very few plugs etc. They were so flexible and made it all work out. Their talent is amazing and all of our guests had a fun time and wanted to know where we found this great band. They worked with us ahead of time and even met us at the venue to check everything out. Communication was great and Michael and Angela Hall are a DREAM to work with . . nicest people ever. We were able to give them a song list and they also worked on a first dance song for us. This group MADE the reception everything we wanted and then some. Fabulous!

Wow! This band set the tone for our amazing celebration! From the initial contact to the actual event date, Silkee Smoove (Ms. Angela & Mike) were in constant contact to insure our needs were met.
Our friends and family rave and went wild over the band. Truly magical: the sound, appearance, equipment, and their passion all came forth during the performance!

Silky Smoove was AMAZING! My mother had the time of her life at her 60th Birthday Party! The singing and the music was impeccable! The song selections were great and kept the party going. Really, I am not be able to express our absolute delight with Silkee Smoove in 675 characters. On what turned out to be an insane weekend of hurricane-like conditions (seriously, 30-80 mph winds, rain and flooding for 2+ days) Silkee Smoove fully adapted to an entirely new venue in no time at all, set up/performed in half the space, and tore down the house. I've never seen my friends and family dance and enjoy live music so much.
My husband and I are musicians and great music was an essential part of our wedding. I cannot thank Michael, Angela and their crew enough for a truly ineffable performance. You are a joy to work with and you made our wedding incredible.

BOOK THEM!!! Where to begin... I booked them over a year in advance for my wedding & they gave me peace of mind for the fact they have been together as a band for years, which was a big concern of mine- to not have a band break up, so you don't have to worry about that. They learned so many songs for me and did a fantastic job. The best part about them was that they played older stuff and also top 40 (Sade, Commodores, Tina Turner, Black Eyed Peas, Rihana) so all my guests at some point during the night were on the dance floor. We had at least 30 people call us afterward & say it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Having them made a HUGE difference.

There are not enough words to describe the wonderful job that Silkeesmoove did or how they turned the day that had started out not so great into a wonderful time. I am thankful that they were able to give such a grand performance. I enjoyed the band tremoundously.
