Driftwood Creek MusicRock Band from San Juan Capistrano, CA

Driftwood Creek is a multi-genre band, capable of tailoring the song mix to many different types of occasions or venues. We can be a Rock Band or a mellow "coffee shop" trio or an Irish and Country band. Donna, the lead singer, bassist and harmonica player, sings a wide variety of songs, from Fleetwood Mac to Led Zeppelin to Lucinda Williams to Patsy Kline. Frank play rhythm guitar and sings some choice numbers, while Jim, the master of many instruments, accompanies on lead guitar, keyboard and synthesizer. Then there is Mick, no not Jagger, but 3, our timekeeper - our electronic drummer - yes, it is the 21 century. Driftwood Creek performs a show consisting of popular tunes from the 1930's to today. Whether it is Peggy Lee's "Why Don't You Do Right" or 50's and 60's rock, or Fleetwood Mac from the 70's, or Stray Cats or Smiths from the 80's, or Cranberries from the 90's, or Amy Winehouse or Elle King tunes from the 21st century, the band endeavors to play tunes that appeal to a wide audience. Donna started off in country and Frank in Irish so naturally to band will also play country and Irish gigs. They are always fun and gives us and the audience a variety option.
