I would Like to say hiring my Santa through Gigmasters.com was the best thing I could have done for my 40th birthday party. I had never hired talent before. I want to say Thank you, Thank You, Thank You. I had my party back on Dec 17, 2011. My guests have still been raving about how Santa had all kids going crazy when you walked through the door. The adults loved how they all were able to take personal photos with you and was so funny with giving out the gag gifts and party favors to all my guests. You totally topped off my big day. Having a Santa like you was a dream come true. Thanks for your professionalism, and smiling face.

Santa was great, very accommodating friendly. He showed up a little early and called to make sure he knew how we wanted him to enter the building. He did a wonderful job with the kids and was as jolly as Santa could be. We are planning on hiring him for the same event next year.

Santa John from 'Invite Santa' was larger than life and a perfect-looking Santa. When we saw him, we were THRILLED. He was kind and funny and amazing with the kids... but the adults were also completely enthralled! He took pictures with everyone, answered questions in a lovely way, and even sang songs with us. It was such a wonderful evening thanks to Santa John!

Santa gave us a magical holiday experience ... We had a small family party that included our 4 grandchildren, ages 7, 5, 3, & 1. The oldest has been skeptical this year but by the end of Santa's visit we were given the gift of 'one more year of belief'. Heck, by the end of Santa's visit, I believed. Santa called us in advance to discuss needs & again as he arrived so we could put presents in his pack. His beard was real and his suit was quality -- most importantly, he was a lovely man. At the end of the visit, we tried to give Santa a tip ... but, he refused it and "With a twinkle in his eye and a nod of his head, asked us to give it to a charity instead."

Santa was great with the kids especially when he asked them if they had any questions. He was on time and didn't act rushed when the time was over. My only two comments are that I wish he was louder - I was expecting a loud HO HO HO when he got there and I wish he knew the words to a few of the kids Christmas songs like Frosty. That was disappointing that the kids didn't get to sing much. But overall he was a hit with everyone and I would recommend him for other parties.

Thank you for your feedback. Santa adjusts his HO HO according to the crowd. Many times a loud booming HO HO will scare small children so Santa does it softer when the wee wee ones are present.
Our Santas are very well versed in everything Christmas, we refer to this as Santaology. As to singing we instruct our Santa's to make the experience interactive so they are instructed to have the children sing to them. The children enjoy this as they get to show Santa how well they can sing.
For your party next year have someone lead the children in singing or if you remind us we will instruct Santa of your desires.

I was very happy with the company event. Santa was willing to do as asked and looked perfect he had not spent any time reading the information he asked me to gather about the 2 children. Also, they were booked for my personal party and did not call or email to change their plans. I contacted them 3 days before my party to find out they did not want to do the event.

We try to personalize the Santa experience. Santa uses the questionnaire information when interviewing a child to help draw the child out. Some children don’t need any help talking and Santa just goes with the flow. He never reads the questionnaire to the child.
Our booking policy is clear. Within 5 days of tentatively scheduling your event a deposit is required. You can pay it by credit card or through Gig Master when we schedule your event. If no deposit is received your tentative time is released. She did not make the deposit. Our office tried to contact her 7 separate times before releasing her tentative time. Obviously we would not want to lose a job.
