Santa Ted Santa Claus from Jessup, MD

Santa Ted is a professional real-bearded Santa who started in 1998 when a homeless (women & children’s) shelter needed a Santa Claus for their annual Christmas Party. After doing that and other volunteer work for many years, he became a professional Christmas Entertainer in 2009 after attending his first training school in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Since that weekend, he has attended classes annually with organizations such as the International Brotherhood of Real Bearded Santas, the Santa Family Reunion, The Santa Claus Conservatory, and the School4Santas. Santa Ted has earned his certificate from The Charles W. Howard Santa Claus School. As a Santa Claus, he has entertained children and adults in Maryland and Virginia malls; and appeared at corporate functions, birthday parties, country clubs, home visits, parades, tree lightings, parades, and many other venues. He has also appeared in several newspapers, videos, TV, and a national magazine. “He errs who thinks Santa enters through the chimney.
