Alejandro was fantastic!!! The children at the event, including my celebrated child, completely enjoyed the character show and face painting. Alejandro was very professional and engaging. I would totally use this company again for future events.

The event never happened as the vendor did not provide details for payment or instructions to prepare for the event. I was notified the day before that the vendor would not be performing. After reassessing, I would be hesitant to use Gigmasters in the future; unless the protocols are improve and payment process defined and secure.

we did not receive a deposit nor a call from this client------and as part of the bid that we made for this client neither was done---this client felt that the booking was made and completed once she just clicked the button---- We notified the client the day before to verify that no deposit was received nor a call made and we could not do the order----we are truly sorry that she did not find another Santa but we could have referred her to another Santa or she could have started the procedure again on line---like she did before and then call the vendor to give a deposit----other Santas were still available in her area just not our Santa who was hospitalized

Hiring a Santa for my kids party was not cheap but, I am so glad I did it. It brought the whole Christmas spirit and a really sweet touch to the party. I totally recommend to those Christmas birthdays.
