Katherine Winston Singer Guitarist from Burbank, CA

Katherine Winston is a young Singer/Songwriter who has years of experience in writing and performing. At the age of thirteen she was already getting paid gigs, and playing full sets. By 15, she was traveling all over New England, over to Iceland, and down to Nashville to pursue her dream of being a musician. She recently was in the Top 12 girls of this Season's American Idol, where she received rave reviews and national exposure. Often, you will hear her being compared to people such as Stevie Nicks, or The Civil Wars. You will see her playing the guitar or the piano, while singing an array of covers and originals. She has played at all types of venues such as theaters, clubs, bars, restaurants, listening rooms, and much more. She has opened for many national touring artists, most recently, Johnnyswim.
