I am Mohammed Shaibu born in Ghana West Africa, I started playing African drums at an early age then I pick a guitar in elementary school and thought myself how to play, I was lucky after elementary school someone bought us instrument cos is hard to buy one in Africa and I was the band leader. Since then I became a professional musician. I went to Nigeria in the 80's played there with people like O.J. Ekemode and the Nigerian Allstars / Toni Allen of Fella Kuti / Baba Olatunji master drummer from Africa / I. K. Dairo the master of Juju music from Nigeria West Africa AND MANY MORE. I came to the United State in the early 80's with the Nigerian Allstars, we tour all over the state and Canada for years then I came to Seattle and settle to do my own thing, and I love it.
