ConventionReviewed on September 7, 2009From Baltimore, MD

The Sultans of Swing presented a great mix of Dixieland and Swing music. Their engaging style suited our audience well. When asked, they were happy to stay and play longer. We hope to use them again. Thanks Sultans of Swing!

FundraiserReviewed on November 8, 2008From Berkeley Springs, WV

Great job! They worked well around our event theme of a Tombola (three drawings/announcements of 30 tickets each throughout the evening. Their tuxedo dress and big band sound were perfect for our Great Gadsby themed event.

WeddingReviewed on November 24, 2007From Washington, DC

Sultans of Swing set the perfect elegant and festive tone for the evening of our wedding dinner dance -- they were wonderful to work with and professional in every way. I couldn't have been happier with the quality of their talent. I only wish I would have received the pre-event questionnaire earlier and discussed our special music requests earlier. But they were fantastic. Many of our guests are still commenting on how great they were. Thank you!

WeddingReviewed on August 4, 2007From Mitchellville, MD

The Sultans of Swing were so flexible and helped us out with every aspect of the wedding, from the ceremony music, to the music during dinner, to the music that got the whole wedding on the dance floor. The guests gushed about them all night, which was impressive given the number of experienced swing dancers in the crowd. We loved their easy demeanor, their extraordinary talent, their affordable prices, and I must say, they do look smashing in their tuxes. Thank you for an incredible evening!

The Sultans of Swing were wonderful! They drove to my wedding reception in Mechanicsburg, PA, were there on time ready to go, and were extremely talented. They were very easy to work with and really knew how to get the crowd dancing! We would hire them again!!!

We want to thank you ever so kindly for providing the band music for our May 28, 2006 wedding. You guys were simply terrific and we loved the classic tunes you played. Your renditions of Hava Neglia and Besame Mucho were fantastic. Everyone had a terrific time listening and dancing to the tunes you played. And, it was especially fun when you allowed my 98 year old grandfather to sing with the band! Thanks so much for making our special day all the more special!

Dinner DanceReviewed on February 11, 2006From Alexandria, VA

We could not have been happier with the Sultans of Swing. When bad weather forced us to cancel the original date, they worked with us on changing to the new date. Should we repeat the event next year I am quite confident that we will want to use them. Bob and Gay Pasley

Corporate FunctionReviewed on October 17, 2005From Washington, DC

Thank you. Sultans of Swing were great, I enjoyed working with them, they were easy to work with on the planning part leading up to the event, and they did a first class job at the event. They are versatile, were able to do music for cocktails, softer at dinner and great swing when some of the folks wanted to dance. I'd hire them back again for future functions. I also would use you all, Gigmasters, you did exactly what your web site promised and all very painlessly and for inexpensive cost. Thanks much!!!
