Dr. G and the Prescriptions Cover Band from Columbus, GA

Dr. G and the Prescriptions is a 5 piece band composed of Fred on keyboards and lead vocals, Brendle on lead vocals and acoustic guitar, Glen on lead guitar and lead vocals, JJ on drums and vocals, and Shane on bass and vocals. Brendle is our newest member. You can see some of her pre-band work in our video section. The band's music includes well known hits from 6 different decades, in the pop, R&B, rock, disco and funk categories. Many of the songs are dance oriented. The band members are experienced and responsible, always delivering more than expected. The front man, Fred, who worked in TV and theater, is a natural entertainer who connects with the crowd and brings life to the party! The band is known for their accurate reproductions of famous songs throughout the decades, delivering the music the way the audience is used to hearing it. Dr. G and the Prescriptions are new to The Bash, but not new to the music world. The band members have a large cumulative amount of experience. The band has played gigs paying thousands of dollars, including earlier this year, with additional high paying gigs on the calendar, outside of The Bash. The band members are professionals throughout. There is no drug use. There is no alcohol use before or during the show. The band is always on time, in fact, early. The members are all respectful, polite, and eager to do the right thing. You won’t regret hiring Dr. G and the Prescriptions!
