SERIOUS JACK is a fabulous high-energy, family-friendly, fun band that plays a mix of songs from the 70's, 80's, 90's and today of all genres including pop, Motown, classic rock, country and easy-listening jazz.
We've entertained at a variety of events. We have performed for many wedding receptions and prestigious events at first-class venues, including the fabulous Fox Hills Country Club in Plymouth, the elegant Crystal Gardens banquet complex, and others. SERIOUS JACK can dress the part, too (see the pictures on our GigMasters site (black and red) to match the bridal party's colors). Please call the father of a groom (who funded the affair) for a reference, write or call us for the numbers.
We have played to rave reviews at the Soaring Eagle Casino, and have been asked for return SERIOUS JACK has been the house band for the reknowned Milford House in Milford, MI. Call the owners for a reference.

Our female singer may be one of the best in the state of Michigan. SERIOUS JACK has two additional, great male lead singers and another male back-up, with a huge repertoire (see a partial list here or on our official site).

I want to start off by saying that, Serious Jack made our night! By the end of the evening, every single person at the wedding reception was on the dance floor and each one of them told us how amazing the band was! Rob was constantly in contact with us for weeks prior to the wedding to understand how to structure our night. He even took the time to learn some of our family customs and traditions, so that the band could incorporate that into the event. Maria was amazing on all the slow numbers. We had a great mix of all the music we wanted at our wedding. I really cannot compliment the band enough for making our night one to remember and cherish forever!

Serious Jack was everything we hoped for in a band to get the crowd involved, keep them highly entertained and most likely bringing the crowd back next year for the annual event. We will hire Serious Jack again for this event.
