Greg and the band were great from start to finish.
They took on the daunting task of learning so out there songs to play as special requests!
Everyone did such a good job pushing through the outdoor Texas heat to keep the party high energy throughout the night!

Wow is the only word to describe Six of the Matter. Greg and his team arrived early to set up, they were all incredibly nice, and the performance was amazing. From the vocals to the instrumentation, everything was perfection. We hosted a 50th birthday party and had about 100 guests. Every one raved about the band. People were dancing all night. They played one hit after another. It was better than I could have imagined. Greg worked closely with me throughout the planning on the song list and timing of everything. He was careful and completely professional about ensuring things went off without a hitch. Love this band and HIGHLY recommend for your next party.

What an amazing night! These guys truly made our wedding and reception a night to remember. They were super easy to work with, and very accommodating to every special request we had, even letting our daughters use their instruments and sound system to perform our special songs. They even let one of our daughters sing lead on Tennessee Whiskey and backed her up! Then they kept the dance floor packed all night. Our guests just raved about them afterwards. If you get a chance to hire them, do so. You won't regret it.

Finding Six of the Matter was the best thing possible for our wedding!! We looked at hundreds of bands. And when we found them, they blew us away! We saw them live and by the second song of the second set we hired them! They were able to provide a huge variety of songs for all generations of music! We had sooo many compliments from our wedding guests! The keyboardist learned a song specifically for me to walk down the isle! We absolutely LOVED having them perform at our wedding reception and would do it a million times over! It was such a blast! Oh and they learned a new song for our Father/Daughter dance and KNOCKED KT OUT OF THE PARK! HIRE THEM!! YOU WONT REGRET IT

My husband and I hired Six of the matter for my son and new daughter in laws wedding reception. They were every easy to work with. Played a great selection of music to keep the party hoping. Our son even said he couldn't tell when the Dj stopped and the band started. I will use them again. Thank you for making our evening extra special .

At the recent celebration of our daughter's marriage, Six of the Matter provided both a guitarist and vocalist for the cocktail hour and full-band dance music later in the evening. They arrived early to ensure that all was set up and ready in plenty of time. I particularly like that they have both male and female lead vocalists. Thanks for making the drive!

We hired Six of the Matter to play at our HOA cookout and had them in an environment that had to be out of the normal. You could not tell...we had about 150 residents attend and I could not count the number of comments I received about the band.
Extremely impressed and can't wait for them to return to our next event.

What a wonderful and talented group of people! Incredibly nice, easy to work with from the initial booking to load out. They rocked our reception and worked hard so that all went as planned and really went out of their way to ensure our guests had an amazing time. Musically, they were GREAT! We received so many raving compliments from our guests about the band, their music and personalities. I am so glad we didn't go the DJ route after all. Greg and Six of the Matter created such a memorable reception for us and I look forward to booking them again for future events. Thank you!
